I have no idea on the cyl head's condition. I believe there is a problem with the bottom end of the motor, but the top end seems OK and I was able to turn the cams slightly.

If you are interested in it if it's good send me a PM and we can talk about it further, I'd have to pull it off and get it inspected before I could say that it's good or not though.
