Feeler: Massive 300x600x120mm thick intercooler!

So yeah, at my power level I don't think I would need something this fat, this is 120mm thick which is twice as thick as the stock unit, it is brand new bought from NPower from Ebay, they are a pretty reputable shop from Australia, it has only been test fitted, never used. And just to make it clear, this is NOT direct bolt on ,the rebar needs to be cut to fit.

Its quite well made, rounded cast ends and all that

Dude, just use it, bar and plate and that thick? If you w,ant to push smaller twins to the limit and scorch the hell out you intake air this cooler is a must. Even with 150c coming out of the turbos you won't see much more than 15-20c above ambient.

Well worth the money and bar trimming to install, GLWS.
