  • WTB R32 RB26 Engine

I am looking for an R32 RB26 that runs. My 26 broke a valve guide and toasted my engine so I need a replacement. If anyone has a long block then that would be even better but I understand that most are selling complete engines. I would like to get this done soon so please let me know what you have and for how much. Thanks for your help guys.

Not exactly what you're after but I have parts...

The engine was assembled with a cracked block so once that was found the block was discarded.

So I have these which all have under 1,300kms:
      R34 crank
Main and rod Nismo RRR bearings
CP 87mm pistons and new rings
      Eagle connecting rods

All parts have recently returned from the machinist and are ready to install. I do
Not need them since I have move on over the year. Parts can be shipped, are in perfect condition, all clearanced and are ready to use. Price can be negotiated since its used... Pm for details, located in Alberta Canada. Shipping around $70

Check out a few jdm dealers in either Quebec or British Columbia, you should be able to source a running stock rb26 for around 2000, possibly less if your just after a short or long block. Plus sometimes there's little gems inside these engines that are overlooked, people have been lucky enough to buy a cheap engine and wind up with a fully balanced forged monster.

        Happy hunting!

NismoStune, how much you want for the pistons and rods?

The pistons, rods, crank and bearings are all machines and matched to each other already. Would be a waste of money for someone to buy them separate, only to spend more on matching their Parts to it... That being said, most peoPle would want the whole lot for the best deal so if I sold the rods/pistons, the crank and bearings are good for what?

I have already called several shops about a long block and no one will sell anything.less than a complete engine for $3000 or more. If anyone knows of a shop with long blocks then please let me know. As for the bottom end set up, pm me a price and we can negotiate from there. Thanks guys.

I could help out with a bare head, guides, valve seals...maybe a couple other minor things.

I have a block that leaned out 6...cylinder walls don't appear to be damaged at all but I can't tell for certain as the entire bottom end/oil pan/rotating assembly is still together.
