You can get them for around $1100 shipped, brand new from Nengun or Ebay (including commander)

Thats irrelevant... My price is CDN, in Canada (no customs), free shipping and not every one wants or needs to go D-Jetro.
That price is USD + shipping from the US + customs + the fact you need to purchase $350 worth of gear to support the change over. At that point your almost $2000 into your D-Jetro PFC which is absurd...
