Rebuilt, steel wheel turbos

Selling my rebuilt turbos, these were ultrasonically cleaned, rebuilt and balanced by Alamo here in Calgary, I bought them off a member here, maybe put 10000 Kms on them, no issues. They have hks actuators . $650,

Steel wheel kit from ebay, if you have a boost controller you should be able to safely turn the boost up to 1.2 or 1.3 bar right ? What boost did you run with them.

Yes I believe it was that kit, I ran about 1 bar , never had it tuned , just a impul ecu, but they were good for more for sure

They are good to about 1.4bar...ish. Regardless of exhaust and intake upgrades the turbine housings themselves become a major bottleneck beyond about 22 psi. You can run them past that but you risk overspinning them and scorthing the hell out of the air.

With the stock intercooler and no water/meth 400whp is possible with good fuel and a bang on tune.
