Yes same part...mine includes the adapter plates and hi performance pads.

Is the clutch push or pull configured? Also, do you have a mic to measure the disc life? Lastly, were you using stock flywheel with the clutch?

I will borrow a tool to measure clutch....I am not sure if it was push or pull...It was mated with the stock flywheel and stock trans out of a 1991 R32 GTR
