Hey Guys,
Well officially Modworks Garage here in NB Canada, is a vendor now for Supertec UK. We are now selling the spline driven oil drive gears for the RB26DETT in Canada. This converts the flat drive system into a spline driven system like the 2JZ.
Their is a lot of controversy over if these gears sets work, and how durable they are. Please do your reading before posting any negative comments on here. For starters I ahve a fully build RB26DET running 408hp at 9PSI, headed back for a 25PSI tune this spring. My car has ran all summer issue free with these spline driven gears. I smash rev limiter and mess around the same as anyone, plus this is a drag car, so they are put tot he test. These gears work awesome, made from SCM435 same as Tomei, JUN, and Nismo stuff. Their have been over 137 kits sold so far, 32 to Canada and 17 to USA, and so far none have had ANY issues so far. The only suggestion i make is ensure you have a good machining company install them, and ensure you have your bottom end balanced after installation.
I am free to answer any questions about them. I do not install, but if you want to ship your crank to me, for a fee we can discuss, I can have them machined and balanced bu the machining company that installed mine and a few others here in eastern Canada. Their are five size gear sets for sale, OEM, N1, Tomei, Greddy and JUN. Price for all kits is $975.00 but for GTRC members I'll do $960CAD shipped.
