Our fee is 20,000 JPY for the brokerage, shipping is 40,000 JPY for surface with tires.

What kind of condition are the tires in?

The condition is average for older wheels. There is a bit of curb rash, some corrosion and scratches. One wheel had difficulty in balancing, may be a bit bent. The tires are basically shot. Because of these factors, the price is still cheap. A great set of project wheels for someone.
