here's a free upgrade to 0 km cluster.
    1-unscrew from dash
    2- unscrew the km/h part
3-lift the little metal bar that holds the plastic teeth together.
4-place the number you want to display
5- close the metal pin with long nose pliers.
    6-put everything back together
and you have a xx km cluster.

I did this whn I rebuild my engine so I now for sure how many kms Is on the new engine

          sorry.......

I dont do stuff like that. In my eyes that is sorta cheaping out and wrecking it anyways. I would prefer to have one that hasn't racked up the kms yet!

ahhhhhhhhhh hahahahahahaha not at all!! Even If I am SURE that some JDM shop that I won't name do this all the time!!!!!
              I mean, come on a 1990 GTR at 60 000km for $10 000......

No no, I am not related by any means to any JDM shop. I told him to do that because I did It on mine when I rebuild the engine.
cluster was at 120 000 and I rolled It back to 0.
Works really well for me..... zero are centered and rolls well.

NOW I understand If you don't want to do this to your cluster. BUT keep IN mind It Is easy to do and the next cluster you will spend money fot could have been modified anyway without you to know It.

So my point Is...... instead Of buying a new one that you are not sure have been modified why don't you just modify yours..........

Just don't forget to tell the next owner what the real KM Is....

And Adam, don't tell me that you never heard of that... even In Japan..........

I know tampering with an odometer is illegal in Canada, but swapping a cluster has to be legit somehow. I'm not sure if you'll have to match the KM somehow. You should call up Nissan to see if they have any info on it.

Just don't want to see you get burned for odometer tampering or fraud if you try to sell the car.

This happens all the time in japan, Alot of there cars the owners just unplug the speedo cable so the odometor doesnt work and just plug it back in for there inspections so it looks like they barely used the car at all. Most cars from japan arent the correct milage anyways.

Looks like we're about to get a bad reputation!!

The guy doesn't want to roll back his cluster, he wants another full cluster with less km on It.

                            ok

You know what guys.... this might happen in japan, or anywhere else, but i'm not into it. I am an honest person and will tell the person who purchases my car the original km on the car before the swap. This isn't to have the speedo just read less, its for a better look. I enjoy the look of a 320 alot more than the 180! Anyways if anyone can help please pm me with pricing. Thanks for your help, Chris
