what about those on summit racing? the "spectre" silicone hose kits?

Hose Techniques make kits for many car models. However they don't have Skyline. They will have all the hose sizes you need in stock just let them know length, have ordered a few Supra, S13 and S14 kits before and usually takes a week to arrive. Good quality hose and never a problem with sizing.
