Yea, also depending on the brackets you may need an r32 or r34 dampner. I got an ATi Dampner from Joe@Powerhouse Racing, good guy but slow to ship. His price was unbeatable, I forget what I paid but it was cheaper then any other place by around 100$. The ATi is way better then the stock one and you can still use your AC.
I have my old stock one if you want, I'll sell it to you for the sweet price of FREE!!!!!Last edited by mitch32; 11-12-2010, 12:25 AM.

Ok. I will give him an email. I have to talk to my engine builder first
Lol. I have a stock r26 one too and a couple rb30 ones kicking around somewhere. Unfortunately they won't be suitable for my motor.
I have also looked into ross metal jacket tuffbound and fluidampr. But right now I'm undecided.1970 Ford Mustang Fastback -> Fully Restored with Built 351W Motor

Ross and ATi are the best. ATi I like since the company is family run, or atleast seems that way. I talked with the daughter or wife of the owner of ATi a few times cause I had questions. They are rebuildable and you don't need to send it in (they provide everything you need and its not too pricey. Also its 0 balanced, so you are supposed to balance the motor without the dampner. If your engine builder advises you against an ATi I would seriously go to another machinist.

ATI has the damper in stock, let me know if your interested in pricing should be in the $550 range. Only take 7-10 business days to arrive.
