Doesn't the RB20 one have oil pressure and temp bungs? or do I need the /Greddy one? If I need the greddy one, where do I find it? I don't have room for the RB26 plate
Braden, could you get a greddy adapter? As long as it's OEM bung sizes, my gauges will fit.Black 1991 GTR. Serious garage stand mantle/parts car.

I used a greddy one. Has room for a a oil temp and oil pressure gauge. I would say try rhdjapan, or Adam at feast should be able to get you one. I got one real cheap because I got lucky but they are only like 90-100$ newMiss driving sooooo bad! Need to get a car on the road ASAP!

RHDJapan offers the best quality performance parts made in Japan including Nismo, Mugen, Defi, Spoon, Cusco, Tomei, HKS and other JDM brands.
Is this what you're talking about? If so, I have one for my HKS relocation kit which is not what I need. I need the part that bolts (3) onto the block.Last edited by NismoS-tune; 02-08-2011, 09:32 PM.Black 1991 GTR. Serious garage stand mantle/parts car.

WITH bungs? I have a STOCK rb20 one floating around, but that would just delete the OEM cooler. You'd still need a sandwich plate for bungs.. Which i have lurking around as well.. What setup are you running?Check out the GTST Projects page and keep up to date with my build!

I've went so crazy on my oil system (1 step less than drysump lol) that I can't fit everything with the factory oil cooler (water cooler) now. I'm using an HKS relocation sandwich plate but need to have a smaller block adaptor than the RB26 one where the cooler is. As for bungs, the factory oil temperature and pressure sensors connector to the body which also holds the factory cooler so I'm after a smaller version of the RB26 block adaptor but it must have the 2 bungs...Black 1991 GTR. Seriously?? The OEM probes are on that sandwich plate (OEM cooler) ? That's an odd setup..
Hmm i can look around. Haven't seen anything like that but i can imagine it's been done..
On the RB20 (not certain if the 26 is the same), the OEM pressure sender is in the side of the block. Can be replaced with an A/M unit and run to A/m gauges since i cant trace any wiring to any pertinent monitoring sources..
But if you have those on the oem cooler assembly as stock, then damn.. How much room do you have to work with? The other option is to take a sandwich plate and WELD it to the rb20 oil adapter and mount THAT to the block.. but i'd have to measure the 2 together to see how much room that gives.Check out the GTST Projects page and keep up to date with my build!

Oh wait, you could just drill and tap 1/8th npt threads into the rb20 filter adapter to the block? That wouldnt be an issue..
Let me get my hands on the one at work and i'll see if it can be done.. I may be able to throw that together for you.. I have the tap and the proper size to drill it out.. Clearance should be mint.. I may actually do it to mine as well if it worksCheck out the GTST Projects page and keep up to date with my build!
