Window Felts

I found these and have ordered one to test. They are $22 each, and they are special order, which means there could be an extra fee tacked on later. Anyways, I've ordered one, so we'll see how long it takes to come in, and also see if it is the correct part! I'll keep yuo posted.

I ordered these for my GTST quite a while back, but remembering, the mouldnings that go across the top of the door on the outside are the pieces you need.
Those part numbers are correct. They had the little "felts" attached to them. If you take them off, you'll see what I mean.
I know they were all one piece, and they definitely weren't no $22 bux....
If Daryl can get a cheaper solution tho.. that would would be awesome because they don't last long. Mine are only about 2 years old and are scratching again already.

Yes, the felt "guide" is attached to this moulding, on the inside.
Unless there is a second one farther down inside the door I didn't see......
I replaced this and scratching went away. Just this year (2 years later) I'm starting to notice some very light scratching again on the new window.

I'll try to find and grab a pic of the old part....might make it easier to understand.

The felts come with the mouldings as well, or you can get the separately. We can get the mouldings as well, they are around $100 per side. I thought that perhaps some people might want just the felts, so I'm exploring that option to see how fast we can get them in.

ok so i looked at my felts today and they were just dirty, full of grease. i sprayed them down with air and are good as new

my mouldings are in good condition- as it was just in the bodyshop- I would be interested in the set of felts
