We can get those rear spats, but they are GTS-T ones....do you have a GTS-T or GT-R?
We can also get the dealer optioned type of rear spat for GT-R. They are out of production by Nissan, but we can get FRP ones that are the same style. Same as the car at the top of this site.

If you assess to a Tig welder you could do the divider pipe easily

I used a piece of .064 alum. Plate and cut the notch with a grinder
