WTB: gtr headlights / hid

I am looking to replace my gtst headlights with a a set of gtr ones

does yours not have the tabs? they should and gtr ones are the same.

i have a GTR bumper and such on my car already...

i just want the HID ones... i know mine arent HID, they take a standard bulb

Just convert them to hid. It takes like ten minutes a side if your bulbs are H1's.

Gtr and gts use same housings. Some came with projector style headlights and some with "n1" style. They can both be fitted with hid's however the bulb types are different between the two. Find out what type of assembly you have now and Google an hid kit for it. If you want to get creative you can retro fit a different make and model projector and bulb/ballast like the Audi bi xenon or as I did the BMW e46 project tor. Google "r32 skyline hid retro fit" it was quite a fun project. Good luck!

ya i think i have the N1 style headlights... these are whats in my car now:

only thing is he cant run a gtr grill tho. i think thats what he was looking for as stated in another thread

Well the lights in there now are n1 lights so it has the clips for the gtr grill are there. The second pic I post aren't my actually lights just googled those to show what they are like. My current lights kook exactly like those but with gtr grill clips.

What I want is to be able to put hids in... my current lights don't have projectors in them.

^^ oh didn't realize. On that note though I remember reading somewheres that the tabs that go on the lights to attach a gtr grill can be bought from nissan? Can anybody clarify this?

That's why I want gtr headlights... so I can get the projectors aka hids and still have the clips for the grill...

Unless of course I can somehow install hids into my existing headlights. Which would be cheaper.

yes you can install hids into the light you have now. find out what bulb you have and order that one

k im dont think im understanding this... but how can get HIDs without projectors... lol
