AMS is Canada's premier tuner and parts developer/provider for Nissan Z vehicles (300ZX, 350Z, 370Z), Infiniti G vehicles (G35, G37), and the Skyline GTR (R32, R33, R34, and R35 GT-R). AMS also specializes in performance tuning and OEM servicing of all Nissan and Infiniti brand vehicles.
I went thru this not long ago. The r33 gtst brakes are bigger than you think. Z32 rear rotors:the ebrake portion doesn't line up. R32 gtr fronts fit but I already have tight figment up front.
I ended up going with the EBC slotted rotors and yellow stuff pads
If vehicle specific products are available, get them. You won't have any issues
The brakes are already good on these cars from the factory, upgrading to this set up is more than enough for the street
R33 GTST RB25DET series 1
Stock motor, holset HX40, power fc d-jetro, bolt ons, 20psi = 492rwhp 364 lbft
About 14 ppl have told me that 94+ 300zx rotors fit on the rear, and they're sooper cheap so it works for me!
As for front rotors, I'm told that there is a possible wheel fitment issue with r32GTR fronts if you use spacers... Does any one know if I will have that issue if I use the q45 rotors on the front? I have 10mm spacers to fit the wheels..
Still no compatible pads front or back eh? Just r33gtst pads fit?
The car is Bone stock as it sits, and I'm looking for the cheapest option till I can afford to upgrade (I just bought it, so I'll lgrade after I pay off the car) so far it's gonna be the 300zx rear rotors, q45 fronts, and unless there are any other suggestions, stock gtst pads...

Q45 2000 work for the fronts 28mmx296mm
R32 gtr work 32mmx296mm
Gts25t are 30mmx296mm and nothing crosses exact.
300zx for rears.
hey i looked in another section about the specs on brakes for the type m (im still a noob but i think mine is a 95 type m gtst? (ecr33) and i see that the stock minimum thichness for the front is 28mm.. if i get the Q45 brakes (they are 28mm thick) will that be a problem? i dont want to spend the money on the ebc rotors, just yet..

I got the Q45 for the front they fit, I had to drill the stud holes a little bigger on the drill press to 5/8" to fit my studs, the rotors are 2mm thinner in all places, so I have to get bigger spacers in the front for wheel fitment, but all in all MUCH cheaper than gtst oem brakes
The rears fit 94+ z32 rotors perfectly
Thanks
