  • WTB: RB26 solid lifter shims

Need to buy assortment of shims to set valve adjustment on rebuilt RB26. Head and block were re-surfaced, valves all lapped in well.Ran engine briefly in car, and noticed light nock. Pulled engine out, and dissambled. Slight piston damage in #2 due to valves hitting piston. Research shows that The Drift Shop in Australia sells them.I'm located on Vancouver Island, and would like to buy from closer source at what ever the cost.Any advice appreciated. Thanks for reading.

Nissan dealer will stock them. Nissan uses these shims on just about everything.

        Tomei buckets still require shims.

they're just 1mm taller to accommodate for smaller base circles on bigger cams.

so technically not called shimless buckets.

+1mm buckets is more like it.
