Looks like mine is finished and I don't trust gasket maker since I'd had to drop my

just go to napa and grab some rightstuff gasket maker, it works just as good. A lot of vehicles come from the factory with a liquid gasket there. Just don't bother with the cheaper brands as I also wouldn't trust them to make a gasket.

I do have some Permatex gasketmaker but I have such horrible luck with cars that no matter how good I do it it'll leak and to fix that is a subframe drop... The factory gasket is cork and I have a 2inch chunk that broke off

Why would you have to drop your subframe to replace your diff gasket?

RTV gasket maker is fine ive used it in every diff ive opened and never had an issue.
I canz take this corner at 195k cause i gots AWDZ. Get real.

any RTV is fine, I always ues a gasket maker when putting on gaskets. OR go to napa and but a roll of gasket material and trace and cut your own. I did that for a bobcat I rebuilt. couldn't get new gaskets at all so that was my only option.

Sweet! I'll check out napa for some gasket sheets. It's a 9" cover I think...
