So with the wires broken does it do anything, check engine light on?, just wondering cause mine are broken too, but no lights, I have a feeling someone took the bulb out

HICAS light turns on when you're low on PS fluid. It's probably pulled out.

Wierd, I have a lock out bar, but I've seen the hiccas light on, couple times , usually after a long trip on the highway. Maybe now it just thinks its always full
