WTB: RB26 Aftermarket Head Gasket

The only aftermarket company that makes 86.0 bore is Cometic. They sell for $225 + shipping.
I'm a bit confused as to why you would be using standard sized pistons for a 500-600hp build though.

I have Tomei metal head gaskets in stock, 1.2mm x 87.0 bore if you need as well.

Haha, cast FTL lol. They are 86.5 (2.65l) but Eric said a 86mm or 86.5mm gasket would work

i'll sell you a metal used tomei 87mm 1.2mm thick head gasket. used for 2000kms.

I bought new again but was told i could put some copper gasket on it and re-use it. $50+shipping, ive also got a new oem hg for 80+shipping.

You cannot use a 86mm hg with a 86.5mm bore . You have it reversed. Your hg can be.5mm bigger than your bore not smaller. Grab a tomei 87mm 1.2mm thick hg and be done with it

86mm and 1.2 or 1.5 will work. GTRJon I agree with what your saying. Let me confirm with my mechanic

THere's extra clearance so I can use either 86 or 87. Can you send me pics of that used Tomei please?

You can't use used head gaskets, they are junk once they have been torqued down.
I'll check on the Tomei price for you.

Thanks Daryl, but my buddy had a Cometic one in stock so I went with that. They've changed there desig and its a lot better now
