$189 for the Tomei kit. It's a nice one as it locks out the HICAS electronically as well as mechanically.

its not a tomei one. is just a lock bar. buddy put on on his car and has been running it for awhile. no problems. i picked one up and looks to be pretty good.

nismo line and daryl are talking about two different things. a lockout bar is not complicated anyone can make one the ebay ones are fine. not a whole lot can go wrong on a lockout bar

yes sorry. the title is lock out bar so i was assuming you wanted that. The tomei kit is just some collars that locks out the hicas system. A lock out bar will remove the system which you replace with a bar that will lock out the system. Ive never used the tomei kit but i thought i would give this ebay one a try since its cheaper. Then i can remove the whole system and lose some weight
