i've been thinking about building my own and using the standard bolt locations and i think i may need to do that. my seat belt is broken and i'm getting a little concerned about driving it without a belt. so i wanted this as a back-up plan. can't find the oem seat belt either.

just checked the site and sent them an email but they do not have the front assembly. and i did not find a harness bar for a 3/4 point harness. if you find it for the BNR32, please post the link or email me cswinsf@gmail.com

        thanks in advance

What's the reason behind wanting a harness bar? A couple years ago I had one in a 240 and honestly unless it's a full track car and even then you should go with a cage so I'm guessing it's just for looks, but its just a complete hassle an especially having to show people how to use the harness.

Found some at andy's autosport. Not sure how much I would trust these brands but they are harness bars. It also says it's universal fit which I find very hard to believe...
If you need a clutch safety switch or daytime running lights to pass inspection, pm me and I can tell you how to do it for free

even the ones from NRG say "universal fit" which i dont really trust. it's very frustrating.

Yeah, i saw this one already but i dont think it'll fit because they specify "1993-1998 Nissan Skyline" and mine is a 1992.

thanks for the help guys. i've emailed Feast, Nengum and RHDjapan for help on the OEM as well as the after-market parts. if all fails, i may build my own harness.

Thanks a ton for the info and suggestion. is this what you got?

if so, i think that will work.

My car is stripped but even if you have rear seats and want to keep them - this will still work.

I run schroth 3point Ralley harness that Ive got online from
                      soloracer.com/schroth.com

This harness is DOT certified and doesnt require harness bar. My car is in storage now so if I have some pix - I will post later.
This harness has three anchor points - 2 are you normal side seat belt anchors on each hip and the third is your rear passenger (behind you) upper seat belt anchor. Installation is painless. I was using this setup for two years on the street and on the track. Never had problem with police.
People (internet cowboys with no personal first hand experience) will start telling you that its unsafe and your spine will compress in case of collision bc of the harness rear anchor angle being a bit lower in compare if you would attach the harness to harness bar - well let them talk! I had some rough off roads and my spine is fine haha. We actually calculated the angel with guys on the track harness bar vs my setup (obviously guy was running full racing harness with bar) and it was only 7* difference.

It is a perfect setup for you because:
First - you keep your seat belt bc harness uses oem anchor points and the bolts are long enough to accomodate both brackets.
Second - you dont need roll bar to mount your harness bar and you keep your interior
Third - you can use it as back up or just use it instead seat belt. If you buy it in gray with black pads (like I did) - it looks like seat belt to police and not like "green-takata-look-at-me-I-m-awannaberacer" setup.

I do have a cage (cusco that I bought from Russ in rhdjapan ) but no harness bar.

Will look for pix tonight if I have some to show you.

Thanks a lot for the help and suggestion. I think i will go with the Sparco - it's about $100 cheaper!

After two years of use the harness still looks great - no rips tears or signs of wear. Pads however have to be replaced. Will buy new in spring

I guess its personal preference from here Good luck!

I have an NRG harness bar. It fits perfectly. Keep in mind some organizations don't allow harness bars with harnesses for track use.

Which NRG harness did you order? What size, I mean? 47mm? Thanks!
