theres a used flywheel and clutch assembly with worn out discs on toronto kijiji for 250 and a member on this forum is selling a rebuild kit brand new from japan for something like 700. The full clutch new from rhdjapan is 1650 + shipping and such, if you contact both people you might get it for less than 1000.

Generally it works out to the same price to buy a brand new clutch rather then buying a used one and a rebuild kit.
BTW, don't buy from RHD Japan, they are not authorized to sell OS Giken, and you will not get a warranty or any technical support from OS Giken.

Why are you saying rebuilding is about the same price as a brand new clutch? If the flywheel and clutch cover are good, just have to throw new discs and plates (a lot cheaper than a complete clutch kit) and youre good to go...!?

He already has the rebuild kit he thought he was buying for ts2bd but had a 2cd. 250 for flywheel/face and the 800 he paid for rebuild kit is 1050. Full clutch is over 1800$ so I'm pretty sure it's a lot cheaper with his method. He doesn't have warranty but how often does os giken stuff mess up?

I've had some customers who paid $600 for a used TS2BD clutch, $1000 for a rebuild kit, $100 for flywheel machining, and that brings it pretty much to the cost of a new TS2BD of $1800 or so. They regretted going through all this work thinking they were going to save money, when it would have been a lot easier, and almost the same price to buy a brand new clutch kit.

But if you already have the rebuild kit then just ignore me
