Picked up the first copy of the official JDM brochure last Sunday, here are the scans (sorry my scanner is smaller then the actual page size, so a bit is cut off):
The wife has already decided that we will get teh Premium edition in Dark Metal Grey with the Black Edition seats and Black Edition wheels. Now I just need a plan to find $80K
very nice...im a little disappointed that there is no blue...a r34 in bayside blue is legendary..but aside from that, this thing should be quite the beast..
My collection:
Zenitani GTR aka BARNEY (sold)
AE2000 (Team Toyo Street)
Gruppe M NSX (bros car- Team Toyo Street)
E46 M3- DD w/ HRE 841rs
I taped a "The Making of the GTR" special the other night, it follows the team as they developed the GTR (will try to get it digitized) and near the end of the show they were starting to plan a "special edition" model for release next year.

So we still may see a Bayside Blue model!
Ya... I wouldn't be surprised if the Bayside Blue model will be some form of special edition. Funny how they never followed suit with the usual GT-R colours, but hey... I doubt ever doubt what the big wigs at Nissan and Carlos do!
Got mine 2 weeks ago. I was kinda disappointed at the thinness of the literature and cheap paper stock. I assume there will be a more substantial book like one later.
