well according to the link on mtl racing it was taken in japan, http://www.nagtroc.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=22976 The funny part is that the OP said it was taken at the Jacksonville, FL port, which makes absolutely no sense because of where that is located.

              And I did pass

Only 1 owner agreed to the pricing so far, that means 2 Super Silver and 1 Gunmetal available for $99,900 + taxes...

yup, stopped off at my old work (west coast nissan) last night cuz the parts manager told me the gtr's are in

                99,900.

kinda ruined the whole point of the R35.

but they do look very very pretty though

if every potential owner did what you did the dealers would understand that the MSRP is the way to go

                      Thanks

But it only makes me feel a little better The car is very attractive in person, it makes other cars look old and lumpy.

I am #12 and #13 at two dealers in Montreal for MSRP. Maybe by the end of the year

God that hurts...that color looks so badass. I think its still worth the dough personally, its a lotta car. Couldn't you negotiate something else along with the deal? Better warranty? some NISMO discounts? better financing?

If I lived in a better climate I'd pull the trigger but...$100K to drive 6 months/yr = no thanks.

I plan to pick the car up in Montreal

and drive it to Toronto for shipping back to BC. ~500km as a step towards break in. My color choices are 1-White, 2-Gunmetal, 3-SuperSilver.

Does anybody know what the dealer policy (or that of Nissan Canada) on selling the cars out of province? I.e. can an Ontario resident buy a BC or Alberta dealer car and get full service from a local Ontario dealer? I am assuming so, by law, but I know that some dealers won't sell out of province (Audi R8). Kind of a code of ethics among dealers or something.

                                No such thing with Nissan

I have been very open with the QC dealer, even discussing accomodation options and getting recommendations for shipping the vehicle.
