    Something i'm wondering

is it worth purchasing a new GTR if you live 8 hours away from the closet GTR approved dealership (HPC)

are you able to do simple things like changing the oil? I've been reading some info on the net, which more or less, are all rumours. I know someone in this situation that has a deposit to be on the list. From what i originally have read i thought you can only have it serviced at approved dealers and such.

    anyone know the facts?

you can only get it serviced at approved dealership. basically ones that sell the car. they are so hardcore about it that every approved dealership HAS to have a loaner 350z that they give to the gtr owner whenever their cars are being serviced. also every approved dealership is required to get $50000 worth of equipment spefically for the gtr. this is straight from people at nissan that i talked to.
