  • Some new Switzer R1K Action at Cayuga

    Hi everyone,

    Here's some new videos starting with the latest;

    Good day at the track - a 9.90 ET all time best and some serious 60-130 times (4.76 and 4.31 being verified today) on pump gas...

    That said, the towers weren't working and showing times so I decided to put together a montage with some attitude...raw videos and timeslips to come. Watch until the end - I love my annoucer - Enjoy!

    Some previous runs;

        Looks like the car's holding up well! No problems yet? Now that you're well into the 9's what's next?

          Thanks bobbo - it has been running really strong so far (knwock on wood). I am starting to feel I am running too much and need to slow down with the trips to the track. That said - this is why I built it, so I think I will find an intermediate solution.

          What's next is race fuel. I haven't really bothered to try it yet as I have stock 20" rims with R888's and I am slipping already (Although not too bad). I think I will be renting the track soon and will probably try it then.

          I'm also going to do a half mile and mile race in August (18th and 25th) - so that is really cool. I haven't really been past 150MPH, so with the full mile - I hope to get into the 200's (GoProing all the way)...

          I will let you know...Cheers!
