  • Cool conversation this morning...

Pulled into my parking spot this morning at work (its next to a Goodlife Fitness) to find a black on black on black Jaguar XKR in the spot next to me.

Owner is walking to towards HER car carrying her gymbag, looking hot.

Me: Hey, nice Jag, love those things.

Her: Thanks! It's my dad's. Love your GTR!

Me: Thanks. I hear they're sweet.

Her: Yeah, love it, but Top Gear totally destroyed it's debut by comparing it to a GTR.

    Me:

Here's what she was talking about:

"Life's too short to drive boring cars!"

Wet conditions + 4wd GTR = faster. I bet the Jag was rwd.

I think Audi were the first to use 4wd on racetrack. The benefit was when tyres were worn the 4wd helped with grip. Also with 4wd, can keep the dry pace with wet conditions.

yeah you did mention she was hot...

It's obvious that the 4wd is quite better in wet conditions: What's the point of comparing 4wd vs rwd on a wet drag strip? even on dry...
