GTR 20 seconds to start when warmed up

hey guys car starts fine in the morning always. if i run the car for 2 minutes shut it off and try to start it again it just keeps cranking and cranking until it start sputtering faster and faster until it starts. once it start it runs pretty good but i did notice it almost feels like i have a t88 because i dont build boosy till like 5 grand. running completely stock gtr with full exhaust thats is.

things ive tried:

3 different cas seniors
2 different sets of 02 sensors
2 coilpack ignitor
3 different sets of coil packs
fresh plus on every start bkr7e
timing belt brand new tomei
coolant flush new rad
2 different stock ecus
hard wiring fuel pump with 12 v system
2 different fuel pumps

i also tryed new macs, tryed starting the car warm with 02 unplugged then mafs unplugged, no difference

Alternator or weak battery, Test with a volt meter
