Hi everyone,
I知 trying to replace the rear brake pads and rotors on my 2010 Nissan Rogue, and the caliper bolts are rusted to hell so I want to replace them.
I知 having a very hard time finding replacements though. My rear caliper has two different pairs of bolts I need to remove to get the rotors off: one pair is a longer pin type 14mm bolt that the caliper travels, and the second pair is a couple of shorter 17mm bolts for the caliper mounting bracket. I知 trying to replace the 17mm second pair; they池e shown at the 2:42 mark of this video.
The problem though is that among every auto parts store that I search online, Amazon, etc I type in my car info and none of them seem to even acknowledge the existence of these mounting bracket bolts. Does anyone know if 17mm caliper mounting bolts are universal? Or have any suggestions on where to search?
