Picking up a 2010 Altima this weekend, anything to keep in mind?

Totaled my car last weekend and have been searching around and the Altima caught my attention. Never really owned anything Nissan before but the car itself is in great shape.

93k on the ODO, has just about every bell and whistle and the dealer is asking $7950 w/o trade-Rufus 123Movies GoMovies
