1:30 am, water broke!

For lack of a dedicated chit-chat area, I am posting this for those who care.

My wife`s water just broke. Within 12 hours we will have our third son. I will be catching this one myself! No sleep `til.........Brooklyn!

I`ll post the gross afterbirth pictures for you guys later! JK. I`m not that sick......................yet.

When my first was born, my wife just couldn`t make up her mind on a name so I stepped in and named him Roméo after my grandfather on my mother`s side. For the second, it was her turn to pick a name so I made sure she had one picked out ahead of time. Her choice was Xavier. Nevertheless, I got to choose his middle name so I named him after my great grandfather on my mom`s side which was Napoleon. The deal for the third (and last) was that if it was a girl Mel (my wife) would name her and if it was a boy I would. The ultrasound at 13 weeks proved it was another boy so the plan was decided. I would draw up a list of three names and she would veto one off to leave me with the two remaining choices. I like the name Alexandre but I have a great uncle Félix so it got chosen. The last one, Skyler, was simply there because of the Skyline simile and wasn`t really a serious thought. Besides, I already have a nephew named Skyler!

Oh yeah, and one final thing. With one newborn, another one still in diapers (14 months), an active five year old and a recuperating mother on my hands, I won`t be spending much time outside the house so I may become somewhat of a post whore in the next few weeks! I`ll try to keep it entertaining in the least.
