  • Returning a New Bike

I bought a Brand New 2008 Triumph Tiger.. about a week ago..

I have ridden it less then 100Kms since i got it..

and have had a bunch of issues..

Anyone know if i can return it.. I think i have the Right to do that..

Isnt there some BC or Canadian Law that says im allowed up to a certain Point?

    Anyone that knows.. thanks..

Wouldn't the shop be pretty enthusiastic to help a brand new customer? What kind of issues.

usually when u buy a new bike, the wiring and screws get loose because they put oil on the threads to keep it from rusting up, do a tune up and you should be fine..... like breaking in a new engine

Somethings messed with the Charging system..

Battery doesnt get charged while riding..

so it slowly dies,an dfbike wont start..

I dont really want to give it back..

so im hoping its a simple issue..

            its at the dealers now.

If you'd bought it from a telephone or door to door salesman you'd have 10 days or so to change your mind.

              GL sorting things.
