lol yes it is elisha cuthbert, and snow, if you'd like to set up your desktop to look like this, heres the steps:
                -Download litestep here: http://litestep.net/
-Download the litestep theme here: http://uploading.com/files/3c24d9ac/LSona_top.rar/ the original had a clock at the top right, but i found that it looked messed when i installed it, so i deleted that and just used rainmeter to replace it, you can find the original theme here: http://browse.deviantart.com/?qh=&se...lsona#/d260hoo
-Extract and place the folder in your "x:\Program Files\LiteStep\Profiles\User Name\themes" folder
-Right click on desktop and go to litestep>change themes>refresh list and then select the theme in the same location
-Litestep should now be configured and done
                -Download rainmeter here: http://rainmeter.net/RainCMS/
-Download my rainmeter theme here: http://uploading.com/files/be5f82c2/My%2BTheme.rmskin/
-Open the file and choose express install, let me know if it works as this was my first try at doing anything like this.

Im very new to both these programs but ill try to help you out as best i can if you have any problems

Oh ya, and the wallpaper can be found here: http://browse.deviantart.com/?qh=&se...hbert#/d2pnndq

I just used paint to flip the image

You should be able to use it on any version of windows from what i understand, they only just started supporting win7 i believe.

lol ya, it can pretty confusing when you first pick it up, if you've got any questions just ask, like I said, im just learning my self but I've somewhat figured it out. Did everything work out from the downloads? more specifically the theme for rainmeter.

Everything ended up working. I don't think it was sized for my screen however, as everything on the right of yours was more towards the center-right for mine. And it weather was all set for your area and not mine :P

You don't happen to have a picture of the back of that car do you? It looks like an R33 GTR rear wing..
