What if I told you guys that I have seen some of the things relating to religion with my own two eyes. And by the way, for those living in Toronto, ROM has the original papyrus manuscript of the Book of the Dead on display for the next few days, or maybe it is over already.

I have seen the temples and pyramids in Giza and Luxor in Egypt, where you can read the hieroglyphic inscriptions about Horus and they tell you the story the movie talks about. Having traveled to different countries and lived among many religions, it is also fact that the persian god Mithra, indian god Krishna, greek god Dionysus, and many others have the same story as Jesus.

I am a scholar and researcher on physics, astronomy and religion/philosophy/psychology. It has been my passion for over 15 years now and I can tell you with authority that a lot of the stuff we know and read about Christianity and a major part of Bible is based on heresy and fabrication by people. You go to Middle east and your eyes pop out with wonder as to how much we North Americans do not know and have been prevented from knowing.

The point is not whether its all true or not. To me, the whole point of ANY viewpoint is that gives you an alternative perspective to think about. Its just to remove our blinders and see things from an angle that we were not born with.
