how do u know that? isnt there a red light there? the car was meant to stop i think. looks like the way he was driving (on the middle line and all) he (the driver of the car) wasnt paying attention.

but i will give it to you on the fact that he probably wasnt paying attention and doesnt even look like the guy in the car hit the brakes or swerved or really didnt anything to avoid it

could have been a cross intersection. His lights were green and the cars was red??? maybe.

i think your right by the looks of it the blue car may have ran a red light and theres agreen up in the direction of the scooters traffic
