Not really. It's a Double Cheeseburger with a Junior Chicken in the middle. Had one today, only costs $2.92 after taxes in BC. Death on a bun!

The double Quarter version is a Super McGangbang. The McHeartAttack is paired with a double Big Mac. The fundamental recipe is taking the chicken sandwich and running it from there.

lmao I found myself near a mcd's a couple hours ago. I chickened out on asking for a mcgangbang... so I just ordered a jr chicken and double cheesburger and made it myself

i go to mcdonalds daily for 3 double cheese burgers. only cuz its mega cheap lol.

ive seen super size me a few times. one year i was in summer school and every break we had we would go to mcdonalds accross the street. it was against the rules to leave campus so the teacher showed us super size me once hoping we wouldnt go. as soon as it was over, we went to mcdonalds. and the teacher asked us to bring her back some fries lol. watching that just made me hungry!

i think its just cuz i have a killer metabolism that allows me to eat as much as i want and never gain a pound. they say when you go on a cruise you usualy gain about ten pounds from the buffet. i went on 3 cruises and ended up loosing weight every time, even with all the 24 hour free fast food and delivery to your room haha.
