Takes too long to warm up! but is otherwise pretty awesome.

I just put some 205/65/16 Goodyear Ultragrip snow tires on it - it's got traction now for sure!

They feel almost as good as my blizzak's did last winter.

Keep in mind that when you corner, the weight will want to keep going straight, so if you have all that junk in the trunk you'll kick it sideways more easily. There's just no substitute for AWD/4x4 and winter tires

You have to remember where you place the weight is very important. Putting weight in the trunk will be placing a ballast BEHIND the rear axle. This will cause some undesirable handling effects. When you put weight into the back of a truck its generally slightly ahead of or over top of the rear axle, which does aid traction.

not necessary, at least on an R33. battery and fuel tank are right above the rear axles which is all you need.

as mentioned, any additional weight will be in the wrong location which gives undesirable results.

kk cool cause i started to wonder how people in RWD skylines get around in the winter without getting stuck at every light or fish tailing all over the road.

good 2 know for when i get one but i might be driving a ford winstar in the winter if we get the tranny fixed.
