man, i got my two50 from a guy who knew nothing about it!
it was effin new, i got it for a swell price of $280!! sold for $700 AAAHHH SHITT!!

      i regret it.
i want another dope ass, single speed, 24" rim'd, stylin' hardtail.
      nothin beats that...

I used to ride in Edmonton. The valley was pretty good, but BC has serious stuff! I couldn't believe what they rode out here and called NORMAL!
Even old people would ride drops with lots of exposed rocks around that would BUST your collar bone if you didn't stick it! Freaks....

Personally, you guys can't say squat until you ride Squamish and the shore.

I just put in 110 KM of pure downhill and over 18000 ft of elevation in one day. Garbonzo FTMFW.

I do that too...uphill in my road bike :P I used to ride mountain bikes, still have my spec enduro. Nice well rounded bike. But then I tried the road and got hooked. Bought an Argon18 krypton.

yeah, I probably couldn't handle it.
I hate doing the ride arounds all the time when I see construction etc.
It's like they are taunting me.
                  Too afraid of the pain!

yeah we have some decent stuff here, something called the deathvalley gap.

its around 20ft but you dont make it your going in a cliff... full of bushes and probably the odd rattle snake, nothing for me.

i think BC has some pretty dialed jumps, probably super easy to ride, im guessing.

Come live at Whistler for a week next summer.

Sometimes you go do a step down and realize it's about 30. The true gnar shits are on the interior: kamloops and kelowna. I find the west coast to have more technical and steep stuff.

Washington also has awesome riding. Look up Exit 27. Quebec has some awesome exposed rock riding also. Alberta has doesn't have the mountains to create the gravity, at least you guys don't have to pay PST (aka HST come next summer )

I had the dslr out on the weekend when i was out for a ride in the leaves, and i thought of this thread. Just thought i would revive it. Nothing special, just my Stinky with some mods. Enjoy!

i havnt been on gtrc for a very long time. this year i have put more money into bikes then i have into my gtr. in the spring i bought a 2009 norco sasquatch and now i am building a dj/street/park bike. Dobermann Pinscher anybody? building a nice bike is expensive as hell. im freakishly tall so i got them to make me a custom frame to fit me properly cuz nobody else makes a dj/street/park bike in my size. my frame got powder coated today, ships out of quebec tommorow. cant wait to get it
