Nice SV! My wife has a 650 and I've got a '07 Gixxer 750(for sale). That should be a wheelie monster. I don't think i've ever seen an SV1000. Play safe!

They stopped making the sv1000 in 07 i think. I got an 06. I almost bought a gixxer 600 but a friend told me about the SVs and boy oh boy....no regrets there :P Now if I can only get the skyline running....

That is a really nice bike. I rode one once and really liked the torque and it still has nice top end for a twin.

I sell bikes BTW... so I've ridden many. The SV I hate to say (since I don't actually sell zooks) is one of my all time favorite bikes. Along with the Kawi Z750

I will be purchasing a used R6 in the near future,I love bikes, grew up around harleys but have developed a certain fondness for yamaha bikes.
