eBay owes me money.

This past 2 weeks eBay had a special where if you spent more then 50$ on a single item, they were SUPPOSED to give you 10 dollars. Because this sounded like an oppurtune deal, I went on and spent 50 dollars 11 times respectively, and bought my families Xmas gifts on eBay, thinking that gaining 100 dollars on eBay would be better then saving 45 in a department store.

I'd like to know where my damned 110$ is, or hell, even my first 10 dollars! Any ideas on how to approach eBay to inquire about their supposed "deal?"
