I think the mods are doing a great job, in the last year the forum has changed alot for better or worse, and the mods obviously had to take initiative. I'm very sad to see McFly banned and several others, but I have no idea for the reason, and since he was an important member of the community, I'm guessing it wasn't without a serious reason that they undertook the action.

Jon, I'm pretty sure the OP did not pry into it, but only clicked the link the said person in topic posted PUBLICLY.

Prying into personal business would be like tracking down his FB, or stalking him in person or following every single thing he has posted by searching around for hours. I believe everything was out there posted by the person as he wanted exposure, and that doesn't "ruin his life", it shines it for everyone to see which is what he wanted. If such information was not to be shared with the public, a personal phone number, picture and full name would not be posted on a publicly accessible website. (website, not fb page)

If there is any dissension with that ideology, feel free to let me know in person. I don't deal well with passive aggressive online posts.
