I don't think its creepy at all. I think seeing someone who was active/exciting their whole life laying down all somber and suited up in a box is much more akward/creepy than seeing them in the same way they spent the rest of their life.

especially when the person dies tragically or unexpected... helps for people to remember the person doing what they love rather than stuffed in a box...

Like it !! I'm not a fan of open casket viewing because I do not want my last memory of who I am saying goodbye to to be lying in a casket. Very creative!
