ebay engine

So I needed a cheap engine to put in a car I bought and did not have time to do a full rebuild, so I figured I'd pick up a used one. I found one on ebay, which was listed for 3000.00 with a tranny and I phoned the guy and managed to get the package for 2750.00. The engine was supposed to have less than 45 000km. The guy also said that the engine had good compression.
Well I bought it and 4 days later the engine arrived from Montreal.

On first glance, the engine looked a little dusty but clean ( no oil stains, rust, etc.)
Well I did not get what I paid for, There were two big garrett turbos attached to the engine, have no clue what they are. The afms were z32 units, computer had some box attached to it which controls the afm voltage, purple injectors (600cc) exedy twin clutch.
AND a fluckin brand new nurspec with blue painted cam and valve covers.
The engine has prop less than 2 000km. Still clean and shiny on the inside.
Did I mention it also had 272 cams and adjustable cam gears. Not bad for 3300.00 shipped to my door.
I just thought I'd share my ebay experience with you guys.
Watch out for ebay, you may not get what you paid for.

I was gonna buy that engine i knew it was worth far more than what they wanted, but then i changed my mind and figured i should focus on addressing all the little things with my car.Nice to see a fellow GTRCer got it!

Whats on it for an oil pump? i asked but never got an answer or the pics i wanted.

I seen a boost controller solenoid and half off a filter relocation kit too, nismo adjustable FPR, those turbos are R34 N1s im pretty sure, i knew i'd be kicking my ass for not buying it you selling anything of it? what brand was the downpipe and im pretty sure the tranny has a shortshifter.

I noticed you live in edmonton, whats your address and what hours is there no one home at your house? :P

Nersan, if I were you'd I'd find another used oem engine and save that one for a build/part out OR charge more for using the better parts OR be a super nice guy and pass on the savings.
