Well I think it's safe to say that they were doing shady business or being a mob boss BEFORE they got the number. So I think it's safe to say that the egg came first on this one (or however you want to look at it).

Probability is one thing, but with there kind of work we can safely say
that after a certain point or after certain actions, there death become
an inevitability, and just a madder of time.

They could off just put a restriction on it, like nobody can use this # for
illegal activities. lol Like that would ever work.
