Just get someone to order you some knockoff Brembo Monoblocks from Hong Kong or other places in China and call it a day. Most people can't even tell the difference anyways, otherwise, they wouldn't be so popular on the market these days.
If you think this is a false statement, ask yourself why 6pot Brembo Monoblocks are half the price out of China than they are anywhere else in the world.

My cayenne caliper is fake brembo?? I am sure there is alot of fake ones out there but really? If they are from HK and China, they must be fake?Originally posted by RBdreamer View PostJust get someone to order you some knockoff Brembo Monoblocks from Hong Kong or other places in China and call it a day. Have you noticed the market being flooded with 6 Pot Brembos from China, Hong Kong, Milaysia etc. Just check out alibaba.com and you will see for yourself. The places that are selling these kits are actually manufacturers.......and last time I checked, Brembos are not an Asian market manufactured item are they ?Originally posted by C-unit View PostMy cayenne caliper is fake brembo?? To give you and idea on how fast that R32 GTS-T is with only 400hp + 1:01 laptime around Tsukuba. Mines R34GTR with 200hp+ more, 0.6 more capacity and 4wd laps Tsukuba in 57.840 -
3.16 second difference. Similar RB20DET powered GTS-R is capable of 59sec around Tsukuba, so only 1.16sec difference.RESPONSE MONSTER
The most epic signature ever "epic".

Rotors are from AP racing.Originally posted by RBdreamer View PostHave you noticed the market being flooded with 6 Pot Brembos from China, Hong Kong, Milaysia etc. Just check out alibaba.com and you will see for yourself. Why cayenne calipers? They are just more price friendly compare to the other porsche's one.
For those who still have doubt, you can go to porsche and buy a replacement caliper and put them side by side. :biggrin:Biggest selection of Skyline CarbonFiber & FRP Aero in Canada. PM me.

Do the 6pot Calipers that you use have 3 ceramic pistons and 3 aluminium pistons ? What diameter are the pistons ?
There are alot of good deals out there if you can retro-fit another car's OEM brakes. Much cheaper than retail packages.

A couple guys from other forums have ordered these for their R32s.
Just upgrade the Rotors to Stoptech slotted ($100) and the brake pads to whatever you want and they seem like a decent alternative for the price.
There are also tests by Best Motoring that show that the Fairlady Z stops quite well with them.
$2400 is a good deal for 355mm Fronts and 350mm Rears with matching calipers I think. An actual engineered braking system.

They are just aluminum piston. I don't remember the diameter...lol. I gotta invest alot to for them to start making the R32 bracket since not much R32 guys will buy BBK like that. Lucky couple of my friends own R33/R34 and HK so we can all share the initial cost.
That is exactly my point about retro-fitting other OEM brakes. Since they are all mass production, the cost for it will definitely be cheaper than any specific model package!! I wish I can use 997 turbo or gallardo with ceramic rotors and retro fit them...but with the price tag of $16g usd. I might as well get another GTR.Biggest selection of Skyline CarbonFiber & FRP Aero in Canada. PM me.
