I own a 2007 Suzuki Escudo V6 and it's been a fantastic, super reliable machine!
Suzuki has been making quality stuff for many years now!

haha no not suzuki. one of the big 3 jap companies. i spent about 20 minutes yelling at one of the cars today for its engineer's stupidity in deciding how to secure one of the radiator fan motors. what an overpaid jerk.
I've been brushing my teeth with jack but it's resulted in terrible amounts of tooth decay.

Mitsubishi? My anecdotal experience tells me that the only unreliable Japanese cars (when new, or at least, newish) are Mazdas. My dad has an 07 B3000 pickup (a Ford Ranger in disguise, so maybe it's more Ford than Mazda) and it ate a nearly new battery.

First off. Toyota is a great company

Second. The lawsuits against them are bogus because the people hurt or killed were really stupid drivers.

Third. I actually support the US closing its boarders off to business overseas. Not so much to save GM but to help its own economy. One of the largest problems with the US was the fact that capitalism was allowed to 'run free', so all Big business (HP, Apple, Dell, and all other 'american' companies0 were allowed to do outsource offshore.

I know many of you love your Iphones, but they are made in China, along with most everything else. Whatever country has the most industrial jobs usually comes out on top with the best standard of living. This is why Alberta Canada is still able to turn a profit, while the rest of Canada sucks. It'd be nice to see on a global scale people stop sending billions of dollars to another country to make it rich.

...that said, I'm using my China made Laptop, plugged into my China made TV.
