I got tired pretty quick of this game sadly. The "grinding" they make you do to get cash and upgrade cars you'll only ever use once for special events is depressing. Being stuck at doing the same races over and over to level up and unlock more races is lame.

im still grinding away at this game,i found the same thing i can beat the ai but on b spec you pretty much have to upgrade to the max
to beat the ai which is rediculous with a yaris or the silly small cars

yeah after level 10 i just say ef it! It's like you have to pull money off your ass in able to upgrade your soon to be POS car. I'm sticking with forza 3. lol

Make enough $, buy the cars you like, mod the sh*t out of them, head to Arcade mode.... Unfortunately thats the only way to truly enjoy the game.

The problem is physics only get realistic at max level (40), so everybody gets bored before reaching that point.

Thats why I have bspec running as we speak lol...while at work I run endurance races (too bad their really only good for XP)/ when Im at home I'll run it in the background for cash and just check on it every 20 minutes or so. I've actually played less aspec (still trying to get my hands on a G27 so I only play when I borrow my buddies). But when I do, I'll have all the cars I want haha

On that note, any HANDS ON REVIEWS of the new thrustmaster? I really couldnt see it being much better then a G27.

^^ I did that at first, then I was like, wth kind of game forces me to have it run in the background to farm cash like a WoW chinese gold farmer. Then I closed the game and haven't played since.

I hear ya - but after all, we have another 5 years until GT6? Plenty of time for farming....lol.

I just hate that you can never have a good race because people go online and just smash right into you. Theres good gamers out there but its hard to find.

Anyone wanna set up GTRC series? It gets pretty tense when everyone is driving good.

i remember seeing someone posting on like page2 or something the adapter to run a real wheel on a g27 wheel.

anyways i have one for sale if anyone has a g27 and wants to bolt a real wheel up to it. $50 shipped anywhere in canada

Your guess is as good as mine, but I would think it's to make it easier for beginners? That's why most reviews say it blows, but that's because they dont spend 100 hours leveling up lol.
