speaking from personal experience i would have to say this truck driver got off easy...

a few years back a drunk guy in a truck tried to drive home, while pulling out of the spot he was parked in he completely swiped the side of a car... a friend of mine pulled the guy out of his truck through the window and beat on him until the guy was a bloody unconcious mess, when the cops arrived my friend went up to them and told them the whole situation, they took his info shook his hand, then woke up the drunk guy arrested him and that was that...

my friend was not the car owner or friends of the car owner, just a by stander who didnt hesitate to lay down some justice... he went running over before the rest of us even knew what was going on...

Speaking from personal experience... I would have to say your friend lucked the F out. Seen cops leave people like your friend in a bloody unconscious mess, also seen the result of friends of the unconscious mess leaving 9 mil holes in sh1t. You never know who that guy knows, extreme? of course... plausible? Yup

I know some young people read this form so despite the validity of this story and the positive outcome of not having a drunk guy drive, don't ever handle it like this. Justice can be laid out in a much better manner. But props for actually doing something about it

Yeah I'd be pissed if someone plowed into my car. Would I beat him up for it? No, the record just isn't worth it. If you can do it once, you sure as hell can do it again, it's only a car.

I had 7 nax points in 8 games this year, but paintball sucks in manitoba, so there were only 4-5 good players on the team, and im tired of lots of drama here, so i might play a 7 man series out west that roger chan is putting on.
