try living somewhere where the average house is over a 1/2 mil without a garage or finished basement Most people here can't afford food half the time.

My income property. It's value has almost doubled in 4 years and by the time it pays itself off in 9 years ( if i don't pull tax-free money out)
it'll be worth over half a million. Built an extra personal 22 X 24 garage in the back yard to house some of the arsenal. Student houses FTW !!

i think by finance an r34 he meant to borrow against the equity in his home... or simeply remortgage and get a big chunk of coin, thats what i did for my gtr32, its a very good way to get money and banks dont mind doing it this way because they can always just take your house if you dont pay the mortgage... banks dont like financing vehicles, expeically 15yr old carsfrom japan

Aye, I guess it's a good way if you can't afford stuff out right. the only downside is the interest you pay :S I'd rather keep my mortgage on the "paying down" direction rather than more debts. 2900 a month is already too much for me BARF.

best investments ever are my skateboard, driving gloves and suede steering wheel, subscribed to infowars radio, coast to coast am, and netflix for my tv pleasures, small cat toys to mess with them and a few incriminating things I dont need to say.

I highly agree my skateboard was by far the best thing iv ever bought, the places its taken me, the girls its brought me and the amazing things iv dun with it have shaped who I am today.
my spine and knees hate it but iv ha a blast!

You think it's bad in Alberta, hell... I'm condo shopping and if you want something in Vancouver you're looking a 1/2 mill easy. You can at least have 4 walls and land.

True story, my sister got her condo last year for like 735k. Its nice but here I would have a huge house with garage filled with toys for that price haha

I'd have to say so far in my life. best purchase would be hands down my education. it was the most fun 4 years ever. met great people and now have a career which i can build on.
